My account keeps getting Suspended in prime account

I just purchased this dsegraphicsx10.mx
When I login I can only get to my free hosting site at dsegraphic.element.com

My account keeps getting Suspended

Can you give me the right link or login page or fix this?

There's no Prime Membership that costs 6.95 (max is 4.95 for a year); did you by Premium hosting by chance?

If so that's completely separate from the free service.

Dont just unsuspend my account.
IT happens everytime Im adding my catergorys in Magento.
Im about ready to just ask for my money back. I emailed support hours ago and nothing I am a paying customer reported this at Today 07:26 pm its now 2:30 am

I ordered what was offered of the x10 website I cant access anything but my free site.

I didn't receive an invoice as I have zero access to any paid systems. All I know is I checked the Paid Subscriptions section on the forums - Prime Membership does not have an option that costs 6.95, and neither does Illuminated.

The one that -does- have 6.95 is on x10premium.com, which -is- linked off of the x10hosting.com front page. Where did you go? I just want to confirm you did indeed hit Premium because if you did that explains a lot; if you didn't, then we need to figure out where you ended up that you found a payment option for 6.95 as there isn't one for the forums.

Assuming it -was- premium you should get an email or two with login information to the premium servers as that's separated from free - premium won't change anything on the free account at all.

And once again I do NOT have access to the paid system.

The only thing I can see on that page that could possibly get you to a 6.95 payment is NOT the free-hosting-signup, but the Premium Hosting link in the top, which takes you to x10premium, where a 1 month premium hosting pack is 6.95/month. Nothing else on that page links to anywhere that'd require payment, and the signup for free hosting doesn't require payment either.


I'm just doing my part to try and help get to the bottom of the issue, but so far the only place I can figure that you got to a 6.95 payment was via the premium hosting link.

Only reason I bought the hosting was so I could use magento

I really did Purchase this off the x10 website

I just cant use it because none of the login/passwords that I set the paid site up with work.

In any case, the only question I can think of at this point - is your paypal account verified? If not the payment might've been sent as an e-check and those take longer to actually be received by the person you pay.

Other than that, at this point about all I can do is to recommend waiting for the customer service reply because everything I'm reading points to it being Premium Hosting and not an addon to the free account - if that's the case, that'd explain why the free account would keep getting suspended.

I sent it to customer service at before 8pm all most 4 am now
its still suspended the passwords and what not dont mean anything now.

Accounts are not automatically transferred to premium hosting. To get it transferred you need to open a ticket in the clients area (Premium Hosting support system). Make sure to include the cpanel username of the free account. Premium is on a different server, in a completely different system.

Not all staff members actually can access the support email directly, which is why sending an email requesting support never works very well.
