My account may have been suspended ...

... but I can't get to the portal to find out why. Instead I get this on the page when I log in:

"There's a Problem
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

• Removed for inactivity; or
• Suspended and removed for a violation; or
• Requested to be deleted.

The good news it that you may sign up again now.

On the sign-up form you should enter your current email address. This way you will not create a second account or need to confirm your address again."


However when I try to sign up again as the page suggests I get told the account already exists. I've been round this circle a few times now and can't find a way out. What can I try?

Hi Tim,

What error message are you receiving on our signup page? If your previous account has been terminated, you should be prompted to enter your original email and password while signing up. Your new account will be associated with these credentials.

Hi Dead-i,

on the sign-in page I get "We found that you already have an account with us." when I sign in with that account I get the page I posted at the start of the thread.
