my account suspended so long

Hy x10hosting team ..

why are my account suspended so long ? usually this happen just a minute or two .. and system automatically unsuspend my account hosting ..

could you help me ?

Hello,

I have unsuspended your account. Due to the issues with Boru the account panel will still show suspended. cPanel and FTP will work fine though.

oh okay .. i think the cpanel and website still suspend too .. but now i can open it again ..
