First, my English isn't well. But i wish i can explain my problem.

My account was suspensed because i don't log in forum. But this is not a problem for me, i can log in forum every month. What can i do for active my account again?

The hosting account that is linked to the forum account you are using is not suspended, and last suspension was high resource usage, not inactivity.

disk space has nothing to do with the resource usage suspension.

High resource usage means something on your account, likely a script and/or its plugins/modification, used too much of the CPU power, or the memory (RAM) for an extended period of time.

You are right, i have too much plugin in my wordpress, and i may optimize my wordpress... thanks for warning.
