My account was deleted, I can't use my domains on my new account anymore

My old x10hosting account was deleted for some reason, but it said I can sign up again, which I did. I tried adding my domains to the new account but got an error: "Sorry, you can not add a DNS record for a subdomain of another user’s domain." I found this confusing. I need help

What domain are you trying to add? Without that information we can't do anything.

For some reason, as quickly as it started, everything is fine now. My domains are back, My files are restored, and my new account was deleted. I am very confused on how this happened
