You'd have to plead your case by opening an suspension appeal through the account portal.

However, you should keep in mind that keeping backups of your data is your responsibility, we do not provide backups for accounts that has been suspended for being in violation of tos, when you violated the ToS you forfeit all rights to the account, which includes backups.
