My account was suspended due to high CPU usage

just copied phpBB3 files to another directory now it says. my CPU usage is high.!

I don't think moving the files is what caused the suspension, this is a small snippet from the logs:

At that point your account had 4 processes open totaling to a CPU usage of 34% (limit is 25%).
