My account was suspended for using nulled software

I got suspended so i appealed and got my reply back from eric b...
Eric B clearly shouldn't be staff if he doesn't know what warez/nulled is.
He stated my script which is on fm2015download.cf which is suspended is warez/nulled pmsl
The script is called Master Auto Index and is created by ionutvmi of master-land which is a forum im admin on(well i run it basicly) and ion provides it free for users.

So someone except eric explain how that is nulled/warez ?

I have never broken a rule on x10hosting as i love this host.
Can someone help out.

You were not suspended for your use of Master Auto Index, as you believe. You were suspended for the use and upload of a Nulled version of Xenforo, which is a premium software that costs ~$140.

Eric is the head of our Abuse Compliance Team, and does his best to triple check any appeals to make sure the suspensions are valid.

As such, the suspension will stand.

Hi leafy thanks for replying back i never knew xenforo was paid i was given it by my brother as he said it was better than mybb which im more familar with, anyway im sorry for the misunderstanding with xenforo thing i never actually got round to using it so i left it.

Would there be any chance seeing as my suspension stands to get my MAI in a zip so i can download it thanks.

I've changed the subject to something that accurately reflects the topic being addressed. Our staff member Eric is more than qualified to judge whether hosting accounts are in compliance with the terms of service - he should be as that is his primary role.

Due to the (correct) stance on software piracy, your account will be kept in a suspended state until its contents are automatically removed.
