My Account Was Suspended

Hi, i submitted an appeal to have my account reinstated earlier on as one of my clients created a website that violates your terms and conditions because it uses a nulled script and i would like to know if my account can be reinstated or not.

I am no longer in contact with the client that caused my account to be suspended and i would be more than happy to remove this content if my account may be reinstated so that i may get back to my business.

As you sent in an appeal, you will have to wait until that gets replied to from our abuse team. That would also be the final decission.

how long should it take?

Depends, but usually they are answered within 24 hours. It is holiday season however and most of the people that handle free hosting support are so on a voluntary basis so there could be a little delay given that.
