My blog has been deleted. Why???

Like an user of 10hosting i had a blog installed, this is the link of the blog.http://minacantallops.x10.bz/wp/

So, i acces to the admin panel with this other link,https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ like the user:minaca23
watching all the parameters of my website with out any problem.


The question is why now i dont have my website active. And how can i recover it. Thank you.

Your account is currently suspended for inactivity.
You would normally be able to login and unsuspend yourself, but for your case it won't be as easy since you have an email address on file that is dependent on the service being active.
The first step to regaining access does require a password reset, which would be sent to the email address you have in the account, this is required of any one that has NOT logged into the new panel after September 3rd and I do not see the reset email having been sent out so I'll assume you have not logged in after.

Keep in mind that logging in once a month is required to keep an account active, failing will as has happened here put the account in suspended state for being inactive (which also would be shown after you log in, with an option to unsuspend your account yourself). Had you not had an email account depending on your account to be active you would have been informed via mail that your account was suspended, there was however also two warning emails sent out prior to suspension.

Due to this moment 22 issue you are facing I have unsuspended your account, but note that if you have not done the password reset and logged into the account when the suspension script is ran next, the account will be suspended again.

Once you regain access I suggest you alter the contact address for your account to be one that does not depend on your account being active to work.

Hi Anna, thanks for replying. My problem is that I have tried many times to be able to reset the password, but I never receive the "reset" email in my [removed email address]. Can you start the reset process with this password please? 12345 in this way I could log in and change the email if necessary. I wait your answer

That will not work as that gmail address is not the contact email address that is on file for your account (it may be what you have for the forums, but it is not for the hosting account). The one on file is one you have created with us, under the domain you have with us: ******@minacantallops.x10.bz (*** does not represent actual number of chars).

Since the account once again had been suspended for inactivity I unsuspended it again.

Assuming you know the password you set for that email address you can access it by going to: https://x12.x10hosting.com/roundcube/ and signing in with the email address as username and the password you set when you created the email address.

If you do not know how to access that email address that would be a bit of an issue, but if you are able to login via FTP (possible if you have a client with saved information for instance) you can upload a text file called x10hosting.txt and in that file put what email address you want set.

Ps. I edited out your email address so it is not publicly available.
