Hi,
My Blog is down.

Whenever i open the blog this message shown "Error establishing a database connection". cPanel of x10hosting.com does not open so how can fix this error?

i didn't change anything.
my site is accidentally down and still can't access cPanel.

Same error with my blog Its been 4 days em facing this error. When it will get fixed? I heard that x10hosting is currently upgrading its mysql. When will this upgrade be completed? Em on Lotus server. I have even changed DB_HOST to localhost in config.php but still this problem persists.

But one thing is making me confuse that, www.wallpapers-zone.co.cc is also hosted on the same server i.e., lotus, but i am not facing any error in its database?

Can any one help?

Please check your configuration file. The database host MUST be 'localhost'.

Previously it may have worked with similar to servername-mysql.x10hosting.com, this will no longer be working.

You're server Starka is not fully completed, there's a few details left that can cause connectivity issues.

Update: Changed the ** MySQL hostname ** to 'localhost' --- and it's working fine now

I have a similar problem. my blog http://wordfight.x10hosting.com is not running. I changed wp-config.php file db host to 'localhost'. still not running. its hosted on stoli

Thank you! My blog was having the same problem. Changing DB_HOST to localhost worked right away. I'm back up and running.
