My CPanel isnt working

the cpanel login looks different and it wont let me login AND my site is down

I suggest clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.
As for the login, try changing your cPanel password: http://tutorials.x10.mx/updatepassword.html
and use this login link: http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082/
