My files on Absolut (now x01) server disappeared.

Hi,
After the migration over to the x01 server sadly I've lost all of my files (my account is now an empty directory). However, my mysql databases do seem to be intact.
I appreciate that it must be a very hectic time switching servers, but if you could please restore my files at some point I'd be very grateful. (cPanel username joshelem)

All of my linked domains give an HTTP 403 Error, and when I attempt to create a file in File manager (which shows no files), it says that I don't have permission...
