i wish to receive my files that my site uses, and or tell me when the hosting will be back up.

x10Hosting will not backup your site. You can backup your site manually by connecting via FTP and downloading the entire home directory onto your computer. You might also have the ability to compress a copy of public_html and then download it, but this will not work for large websites.
