My host is Suspended,I donot know why?

1. I up soure code of Vivvo CMS to X10hosting and my host is Suspended.Why?I donot see the term about vivvo CMS??
my Main Domain :daituonline.x10.bz
Hosting Username: anhtuan

2.My friend have a hosting on X10 but it also Suspended.He violationed of the terms.
He DNS a domain on dot.tk(hayhat.tk) and now he cannot creat one more (hayhat.tk)
Can the X10 hosting del his Acount?And he can creat DNS domain hayhat.tk
his main domain: hayhat.x10.mx

Please submit the support request from your account panel, or at least using the correct forum account and post it in the "Free Hosting" section. Also your friend would need to create his own ticket.
