My Hosting Account Disappeared

Will your free hosting continues?
It seems the Cpanel not working for about two weeks.
I believe X10hosting can fix this problem.

But my hosting account lost now,pls give me an explaination.

since there's no hosting account linked with your forum account, please provide your cPanel user name so we can better look up what has happened

This forum account didn't connect to any hosting account before.
