my Hosting Account is suspension,and it can not resolved automatically

Suspension Reason Violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. Details: phproxy scripts are prohibited on x10hosting servers.

Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket.
