My Hosting Account Suspended :(

Respected Madam/Sir,

I am a proud user of x10hosting since several years and this account was created some 4-5 months ago and have been using the account since then. I Login to my forum account so that the account doesn't get suspended but a few days ago when I opened my site http://v1n.me it said hosting account has been suspended so I logged in and saw that my free hosting account has been suspended and no reason has been given and it says to remove the suspension on the account I have to open a support ticket so I followed what It said and opened a ticket. Please activate my account again I want to continue using x10 and if there is any fault on my side please let me know.

I hope you remove the suspension ASAP Waiting for your reply.

Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting management and cannot be unsuspended. Your account will remain suspended until automatically terminated. You will not get access to your files.
