My IP Blocked By Server Firewall !

Dear Sir,
I think my IP 109.75.64.136 is blocked by the server firewall , can you please check it ! and if its really blocked can you check for the reason ? thus I Gus it was automatically blocked .

Yes, there's a block, reason being: *Port Scan* detected from 109.75.64.136

Could you please explain why you'd do a port scan on one our servers?

Dear Sir,

I didnt use any port scan at all , I just uploaded my Joomla website then restored my Mysql database, but I'm on shared IP and my ISP is using " Transparent Proxy Squid " so am not sure if this is related to my issue,

another thing is that I was trying to connect to MySql through NaviCat which use HTTP Tunnel ntunnel_mysql.php to connect , but failed to connect , so maybe the NaviCat Tunnel cosed this scan !
