Did you parked the domain in your cpanel? or is it your primary domain?

By the way the namservers propagation takes upto 48 hours.

Looks like you recently changed the Name Servers. Wait some time. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.

Yes they are pointing but when did you changed them to x10 namservers?
The namesevers takes upto 48 hours to propagate from the time of change.

It seems that your site is alright. Try deleting the index.html page from your control panel. May be you have this or upload your own index.html page. It may be possible that you don't have any content in your site and that's why they are showing some default page full of ads.

I've done some research for your problem and found that everybody here has written the name server as "ns1.x10hosting.com" but you have written it in block letters "NS1.X10HOSTING.COM". I dunno whether this may create a problem or not but at least you should try it.

Whois shows Name Servers in Capital letters. this is not the problem.

Can you try changing to another main domain and then back again after a few minutes?
