my new hosted site doesnt appear on the internet, and cpanel doesnt work either

when i go to my new address, i get this message: "The domain raydelgado.co.cc is available Continue to registration" But that shouldnt be the case since it should be registered with you now.

also, the cpanel just goes to a website not found error.

co.cc addresses is in fact provided by a third party, you'd need to register and configure the domain at their site: http://co.cc

We recommend that you set the name servers for the domain to ours: ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

If you use the co.cc page to try to reach cpanel, that'd be the reason why, try using http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082 for cPanel.
