My passwords no longer work.

Hi, my site is movielist.exofire.net. Neither the cpanel nor the ftp are accepting my passwords. I've always had the passwords stored in filezilla and firefox so there's no possibility I forgot or mistyped them. I haven't tried accessing the cpanel or ftp in a few months, so I'm assuming something may have been reset due to server maintenance or upgrades. Could you please help me out? Thanks a bunch!

If you log into http://x10hosting.com/control/? with your forum account, you can reset you cpanel password/

I followed your instructions. My forum password was successfully updated, but my cPanel and ftp passwords still do not work. From what I read they should all be the same, but they obviously are not.

Looks like there was some misconfiguration regarding how your password was stored on the cpanel server, which probably prevented the system from getting updated. I have changed your password to a temp one, see PM.

My cPanel password is definitely working! Thank you for your help so far. My only issue now is that the password does not work for my FTP access. Any ideas on that one?
