My Second Template [CSS]

This is my second template. Just because I am more of a coder than a designer, I decided to make my second template all CSS. Tell me what you like and don't like about it. It is not meant to be a graphical template, I will look into adding some AJAX into it later.

I think that the top section (above the divider) should be grey or a gradient...well gray since is all css.

Your logo at the top left should be changed, stands out and the colour is hideous!

After you change your logo, i think that it will look good. 7/10
