My site doesn't open - a file downloads instead.

When I navigate to my site http://hoalaw.x10.mx/ it does not load in the browser - it doesn't leave the page I'm on (google, for instance). Instead, a file named "download" downloads to my computer, with no file extension.

Hi hoalawx1,

Your public_html's .htaccess file had a bad AddType specified. I've now corrected the mistake, and your site is now loading fine.
