I 'see' your domain[ pretulmini.com ] as on free-hosting server [ xo2 = (old Vox) - IP: 198.91.81.4 ]
server [ xo2 ] has issues - after they are resolved - they will restore your files from their backup

see --> [ http://status.x10hosting.com/ ]

Is your files there in an FTP client?

Yes, you are right. There are NO FILES in my FTP account.
I'll wait the problems with the server to be solved.
I hope there will be good news soon... :(

Update 5/1/2014: MySQL is in working order.

Thay said that the problems are solved now, but my site is still dead...
What's going on here ?!? Tomorrow there will be 7 (seven) days since my site is down... :cry:

Big lack of support down here... :meh:
I think I need to change my hosting provider. :confused:

Free hosting has all support done by volunteers, on their spare time, and does actually not come with a support guarantee either.
We do our best to keep up with support however. At the moment there's a much higher load of support requests coming in, which does make response times be longer then normal, add to that the fact not all support volunteers actually have access to restoring backups to accounts.

Yes, I understand. But I have an e-commerce site and I have many looses because my site is down for more than 7 days...
Please tell the members on http://status.x10hosting.com that there are STILL problems... because when I checked there everything seems to be ok and I was thinking that I am an isolated case, but I'm not.... If I can do something for myself for "backup things" I'm happy to do.

For any business site, free hosting is not a good choice at all, once you start making money from your site, and depend on it to be online, you really should chose a paid option where you have an uptime guarantee.
Yes there are issue, for some users, but it is relatively isolated as it is far from all that suffers from lost files or databases, which is the majority of the remaining issues.
I have been granted proper access to restore files/databases if needed and I'm looking into your account right now.

This days I'm looking to change my hosting and domain too... because I need a .ro domain insted a .com
