My site got "403 Forbidden"

How can I fix this problem? Is there any reason why my site got "403 Forbidden" page? Please reply ASAP

Mod_security is usually the thing that puts out the 403 for security reasons (hence the name).

Let's start from the beginning (as there's no URL provided): are you behind any VPNs or/and proxies? (This includes workplaces, schools and mobile networks. Mobile networks should be able to get through anyway.)

Uhh, Yeah, for my privacy and stuffs but the problem is fixed, Im waiting for the staffs for answer "what reason" ^_^
