hello Derek! It loads fast when it's up but I normally check the site every hour of every day and I find that it is sometimes down for like 30 minutes or so. I don't know if it's normal.

KenKen, the x10hosting servers have been having some problems. The Administration are trying to fix it. This happens when too many people are using and editing on their cpanels. My review website will not come up either as it is to do with the server. They will be up soon

Note: They will go up and down due to maintenance as well as while the administration is fixing things, it will be down.

My website has been intermitently down too, all day. The htmls load very well and fast most of the time but the SQL databases don't work. Even though my users can see the content, they can't post anything because everything is stored in SQL tables. Nobody has been able to post in all day. My site is basically dead. Please help with this.

To clear up any issues people are having in this thread, the servers use apache, which goes up and down whenever a new account is created, the software we use is beyond its limits, it's not designed for the amount of free-hosting users we have. We're working on ways around this. Keep an eye on the news for updates.


As for the 500 errors, please ensure permissions are 755 on the folder//files you're having issues with.
