My site has stopped showing and does not work?

So what does this mean then? I have spent 2 weeks promoting and getting traffic to my site.

Please just explain if possible?

Accounts are moved from servers in Dallas to servers in Chicago.
During this the load on the servers can get high enough to cause the server to not respond properly, causing the site to be inaccessible.

This work is in the final sate and should be sorted soon, as in the next few days.
