My site has vanished

My site has vanished and I don't find it anymore. I'm not able to enter my fttp account nor to edit anything. My account is active on both forum and x10hosting website.

My site is (was)
http://mandysbilder.x10hosting.com/www/main.php

It was produced in three languages simultaneously: English, German and Portuguese. Still there was almost no text because it was a art website (self made works).

What happened to it? I've checked my e-mails and there's nothing there too. I've only came to it because a friend of mine told me that he could not reach it.

O.k. I've tried to investigate a bit more but I'm not even able to access to my cPanel. I have both a forum account (as you can see) and a site account (I can show the e-mail that I've received to anyone). Nevertheless I'm totally dead in the system. Nothing works.

It shows an error page. An yes I've tried both ip adresses.

How often should I log in in order not to have that again?
Or should I do something else?
I mean, I don't update my website every two months or so...
