My site is 404; Control panel says Quota limit reached; ftp says 421 Home directory not available.

My site is down returning a 404 Not Found error. In Control panel I can't see any files. Everything errors. If I try to upload a file it says:
Warning: Saved filesize is less than uploaded filesize. Check quotas.
Warning: Quota limit reached. File(s) may be empty.
When I try to login through my ftp software is says '421 Home directory not available.'
When I try to accept a Discord Support invite, it failed.

I'm good with having all my files erased, or cleared or whatever. I can reuploas my files. I just need upload access again, and the url to work.

Your server, x14, is still not fully restored, until it is there will be some issues such as what you post.

I'd advice you to wait until it is announced that the server has been fully restored before making changes on your account.

Any idea how much more time it would take for x14 to be completely restored? An estimate would be good to know.

I do not have an estimate at this time. They are working as fast as they can to get the servers restored.
