i am running my web site and using your free hosting for the past one yr ... there was no problem .... but for the last 2-3 days site is not opening at all ..... and now all my clients are running away ... i need help ... i want to know if i upgrade my free hosting will these porblem still occurs .... and if i upgrade the free server will i have to upload my web site again

Paid hosting is completely separate from free hosting, and the servers for paid hosting does not suffer any of these issues free hosting currently have due to all the maintenance going on.

If you chose to upgrade to paid, we can transfer your account with all its data for you over to the new servers, all you need to do for that is request the transfer in a support ticket from within the clients area you as premium customer get access to (paid accounts does have its own ticket system, which does take priority over free support). Just remember to include information about your current cPanel name in the ticket.
