my site is gone

I've been on vacation the past two weeks and my website and account are no longer working. The site haabta30.x10hosting.com and haabta30.x10hosting.com/cpanel do not load or time out. Can you please look into this.

looks like your account is terminated due to inactivity....

you must login once in 31 days to keep your account active.... and after 10 days of inactivity account is permanently deleted

If you tell us your cPanel name we can check what has happened, although as mentioned it does look like it has been terminated.

I think what you are looking for in terms of cPanel name is HBTA301

Even if you didn't trigger the inactivity suspension, if your account was suspended under any other reason, and was left suspended for 10 days, it will get terminated.

The account was found to have been terminated on January 3rd after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.

Note that you logging into cPanel and/or account panel does not constitute as activity in this case, as per the TOS you need to log into the forums (here) at least once every 31 days to keep the account active.

Once an account has been terminated, all the related files and settings are discarded. We have no way of retrieving your files. However, you may create another account.

Once terminated no backups, You have to start from scratch.
