My site is super slow now, often times out - any link to view system status?

My site is super slow now, even loading a small html page (no database connection) often times out. I have not been having this problem in the past and other sites are working fine with my browser.
Any suggestions for what is causing this or what can be done to fix it?
Is there a link to see the system status of x10host servers? For example, to see the if the server hosting my site is busy (high cpu use) or down.

I know that currently 4 of our servers are accepting transferred accounts, while I can't give you a page to see what may cause the slowness I'd guess that it has something to do with that fact.
