my site is timing out when you call url no site coming up!

it has been a difficult couple of weeks because there has been many problems and issues with the service. i am very worried about this as everyday that my site is not accessible for one reason or another despite following all your rules and this cant be good for my reputation, please please please will you make the service stable and restore my web site.
