I just checked firewall of your server and the IP you are currently posting from is NOT blocked, so from our end there should be nothing stopping you from access.

Could you to a tracert to your server (IP 198.91.81.3)? This could help determine where the stop occurs.

A screenshot of the error may also prove useful. Also, try using your browser's InPrivate or Incognito/Private browsing mode (or even a different web browser if you can).
