My site says "Apache is functioning normally" but there is nothing there.

And cPanel errors with "An error has occurred forwarding your sign in."

I suspect I may have been suspended, but I haven't received a warning email since 11/20/2019.

My login to x10hosting.com references the article https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/cpanel-migration-to-directadmin.206877/ which explains why cPanel may not be working, but it seems to indicate that my website shouldn't be affected. The article also says that "Inactivity suspensions will not be imposed until the migration is completed", so that probably explains the lack of suspension warning emails?

I just noticed that my website was no longer working towards the end of last week (probably around 03/05/2020 or so?).

You're about right on when the account was terminated. While automated suspensions was put on hold, the requirement to login was not removed.

Last week we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a reasonable time from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

Everything's now working fine! My website is "back", and I can also log in to x10hosting successfully. When I click "Open cPanel" it now transfers successfully to the new DirectAdmin web control panel, and all my files show up.

And you accomplished all that in less than 5 minutes from when I posted the problem!

Thanks a bunch!
