Hi, I have the same issue with my website

http://bathcityfcarchive.x10host.com/

Could you fix and I'll try to remember to log in more often!
For future reference, it is recommended to start a thread of your own to ensure the post isn't overlooked in a long thread. Since this issue differs a little from the OP's I'll split it into its own thread.

There is an issue though, as I can not locate any backup package on the new server and I personally do not have access to the old ones to grab it from there.

I also see that our log indicates you never really logged in after the account was created. Did you start working on the site? Perhaps by uploading on ftp as that would not be in our logs.

As it is a largely static site I haven't needed to update it since creating it. I can re-upload all the files if I can get access back to my control panel.

Hi again. So is there anything I can do to get the site working again?

Your account should now be good to go, admin told me he was running the restore a little earlier.
