EDIT: from your last post it looks like your IP might be on x10hosting's firewall

Can you get to any x10.mx sites? Try http://www.x10.mx --that should give you a bit of JSON code:

If you can't get there, it may be your ISP (for whatever reason) deciding that the x10.mx domain and its subdomains are not to be resolved (or they may be having a problem with their own DNS server), and you would have to resolve the problem with your own ISP. Also, you may be on a network (school or work) that just sends requests to a honeypot (that is, *.x10.mx is blacklisted locally).

Im having the same issue at work.
My works proxy is being blocked, and I get no response from any x10 sites

whilst accesing my site - using my smartphones internet connection - it works
and I can access my site from home, that works too.

its just when I come to work, I cant access any x10 hosting sites (including this persons website)

I was perfectly able to access my website before the botnet changes described on the x10hosting status page.

It sounds like this poster needs their IP address added to X10hostings allow list
