my static IP seems to be blocked

dear sir or madam
after a few days ive come to the point where ive ran out of ideas regarding my inability
to log into my acount on the lotus server and ask if you could check if my static IP address has been blocked by the lotus firewall?
my IP is 81.111.181.150

I have unblocked your IP.

It was initially blocked for too many failed login attempts.

thanks anna i think it may have been caused by my good lady wife trying to log in with a wrong password?

yes, trying to login with the wrong password would cause a block.
Normally it is a temporary block, but if done repeatedly it goes to a more permanent block.

If there still is any issues let me know, other wise we'll close the thread in a couple days, or after you confirm all is good.
