Check in your http address bar it should be something like that https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083

It appears that many Starka FTP account settings got messed up. In cPanel, delete and manually recreate your FTP accounts and your FTP should start working again.

Creating the ticket won't magically solve it You would have to wait until your ticket is dealt with, there's a good few in there waiting in line so it may take a little time sadly before all are sifted through.

I can imagine that with all the servers problems there are since 3 week.
