my web space Domain Does Not Exist

Hi , Due to some personal reason, I cant use internet and login to the X10hosting for few monthes.and now I just found that my spacing at http://cyberbumpkin.x10.mx/ is not exist.and I cant connect to the FTP server.Would you please tell me what I should do next?please help me, many thanks

As part of our inactivity policy, we require that all users on free hosting login to the Account Portal at least once every 30 days.
If a user doesn't manage to login within that period, they are suspended and they can unsuspend their account within about 14 days of the suspension.
If they still don't unsuspend their account, it is then terminated.

Unfortunately this is what happened to your account, and you will need to create a new account from within your Account Portal and restore any backups you might have.

Please note the inactivity policy does not affect paid hosting plans.

If your account is suspended for 30+ days of you not logging in to the Account Portal (inactivity) - you can un-suspend it from within the Account Portal (AP) - but if you do not do this within 14 days the computer (system) will terminate it and delete ALL of its files - anytime after the 14 day delay - NO backups are made

If your account has been terminated for inactivity - removed from the server (system) - AND your current Internet Service Provider's (ISP) IP address shows a 'country' on the current x10hosting's "Whitelist" - you can create a new one and restore any backups YOU may have

The "30 day" inactivity restrictions do not apply to Prime, Illuminated, Premium and VPS service plans

The "Whitelist" country restrictions do not apply to Illuminated, Premium, and VPS service plans - except when US law prohibits that country

If your ISP - IP address is blocked -:- or you are using a proxy -:- or you are using VPN -:- or you are using something like TOR --- you can not setup or open a x10 free-hosting account -:- staff can not bypass (override) this
