Your flash header is fine and top navigation is cool.But as an overall you can still improve.

theres a few glitches here and there, but because you didnt make the design/coding i dont think you could fix them.

Nice design.. and nice website. But the header was little bit light. so Its difficult to read it. I didnt find any of the above problem. i used ie6.
