my website is down

When I try going to my site design.pcriot.com from computers other than the one I used to sign up on I get the followiing message:

"Cannot connect to website.
The website you requested
http:design.pcriot.com
is refusiing the gateway's connection at the moment.
This could be a temporary problem so try again later."

Maybe the site is still in my catch but I don't think so. My account has not been suspended and I have waited more than a day to see if things clear up.

Does anyone know what's going on or have a solution?

Hello, your website is loading fine for me, can you please clear your cache and flush your DNS and try again.

Do you mean my PC or Hosting account catch and dns?

Website loading fine for me as well but when I go to it on a friend's computer it now says
"504 Gateway Timeout"
It can't be that the site is just offline. Some IP addresses are being blocked but in the IP deny manager in cPanel it says none are being blocked.

Yes, the PC browser cache and DNS settings.

Try connecting with someone who isn't using the same ISP, to check if your ISP is not blocking x10Hosting, as your website is loading fine for me.
