I have this site for 2 weeks already unfortunately i hasnt been indexed in google. so can you guys please see if its okay and comment what i'd missed.

Great news magazine style layout and ad placement.

I recommend putting post thumbnails for each article rather than leaving it as the theme default as that doesn't look very nice.

In addition, try putting a link to your Privacy Policy (Private Policy is grammatically incorrect) in the footer. Since you are using Wordpress, try using the following code in place of your wp list pages for the menu. (123 us the page ID of your Privacy Policy as determined by the menu source code).

Nice layout but as Techairlines said have some thumbnails for articles.
