my website seems to have been reset to the default design

Hello,
a while ago my account was suspended, then unsuspended
and after it was unsuspended i noticed that my website design was changed back how it was
originally.
i had costumized the background image, but once my account got unsuspended it went back to the original image, i dont know if that makes sense, but i was wondering if there is anything that the admins can do to change it back to how it was before my account was suspended

A suspension should not cause any files to be reverted.
Could there be any cache setup on your account that might have overwrote your changes?

Lots of CMSs (portals, forum softwares, etc) use caches.

I see that your website home site is using Joomla, which does cache certain things. Since it is 3rd party software we can't really help here, but a quick Google search brings up this page.

thank you, i managed to cache it, but now it has a different background,
and i cant find the file in which i change the template info,
