Turns out the language is not the only thing you violated TOS with. I did a quick check and found a chatscript as well, which is also a violation of TOS.

The account will remain suspended, and will eventually get terminated.

Language is Listed in the TOS, under its own section:
3. Languages

At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.
Chatscripts are also listed,
* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden
We receive "allot" of abuse, simply having it on your account can be enough for a suspension.

The Chatbox, whether used or not, showed intent and was partially responsible for the zero tolerance violation. The unsupported language suspension was -also- a violation of the TOS.

You will not be unsuspended. Period.
