Hi I run a website for my local Boy Scout Troop. The website has recently stopped working! I tried to do an unsuspension request, but that would not work. I cannot access my cpanel, and can just sign into my hosting account and forum account. I cannot even connect via Cyberduck, my ftp client! Please help me as, I am just trying to make my little website work again.
My Website Used to work, and now will not!

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.
