I can access my Cpanel perfectly fine however when I type in the URL for it (supernatural.x10.mx) it says it is unavailable and will show my IS providers screen. It does this for anyone trying to connect. I don't know what's wrong, and I've received no emails or anything stating my account was suspended or anything like that.

I'm unsure as how exactly to tell. I have another x10 site with similar format that is still running perfectly fine. I'm new to x10 so I'm not 100% sure how to tell what server I'm on

You can find out by logging in to cpanel, look in the address bar, the url will look something like this: server.x10hosting.com:2083. It won't say server, but it should say something like LEVEL or VOX or something else, that's your server. It looks like your domain name isn't configured properly. So, please wait until a member of staff replies to this post.

Thank You

supernatural.x10.mx is in the system, but is not attached to any Forum account. The cPanel username is superna4 and is on absolut.

An admin will have to sort his out.

Hello Daelom,

Thank you for your patience. There was a strange glitch in the system where your site was still pointing to our old server rather than our new "Absolut" server. I have now resolved the error, and your site now appears to be loading.

However, due to the way DNS propagation works, it may take up to 24 hours for the changes to be seen across the internet. If you can't see your site and want to help speed it up for yourself, please follow the instructions at http://x10hosting.com/wiki/Cache

Thank you,
