MySQL® server is currently offline, Problem

Sir,

Nearly Daily i'm getting this problem "MySQL® server is currently offline ". My site uptime is about to 60% only. Because of it i'm facing a lot of problems.

Kindly Help.. !! This is effecting my site a lot. And my site is going down day by day.

MySQL looks to be fine here at the moment.
We did have a problem yesterday with Vox's MySQL, but we believe this has now been resolved. Our administration are looking into why this happened.
