mysql database gone after boru upgrade

I may be misreading the boru upgrade information thread - but it looks like everything should have been restored. Certainly my webspace is back up, but I received an error establishing a database connection. After looking into my cpanel I can see I no longer have any databases listed here. Are these still to be restored? Or has something gone horribly wrong?

The only database I have for your account is 'clogs_thethirdbridge' which I have restored. Can you confirm this by checking phpMyAdmin.

Hi Brandon,

OK - having gone in via MySQL Databases, I see that database there now. Although it claims to be 0.00mb in size which I don't think is right. Also it had no users. I tried recreating the user (clogs) but this hasn't resolved - I still get the same problem hitting www.thethirdbridge.org.uk

Also I tried logging into myphpadmin (never used this before) and got a message saying wrong username/password - access denied.

Not entirely sure what the problem is now.. is it no/empty databases, or something else?
